I am new to PLG and my first purchase was the Large Naomi. I was so pleased when it arrived on a Saturday morning. I checked her all out and loaded her up for church on Sunday morning. When I set her in the pew next to me, I spotted a small thin slit on the bag, up by the shoulder strap. I think when it sat all night the leather relaxed and the straps fell down it made it obvious. I had checked it all out the night before and didn’t see it at all. I was so devastated! I sent customer service a message right away and had a quick response with instructions to send pics so they could see and turned me over to a team to check it out. I received a message saying they were sending me a new one and instructions to watch for a return label that would be coming in my mail box. The return was paid for/no charge to me.. I simply had to get it to a Fed Ex office. As of this review I’m still waiting for the replacement bag. Patience is a virtue and SHE is worth the wait. I had ordered the Koala bag in Meadow and it arrived the following Saturday. I ♥️ it too! So thankful I found this great Company with a great product and great customer service .

I was scrolling TT when I saw this fantastic deal on a OS Naomi and this Plum Bifold Wallet that I had been eyeing for months. I am so happy I bought it. The color is so beautiful and it's has wonderful weight which just says "I am going to last for a long time ". I am in hog heaven!
It’s definitely a large wallet, but it’s smaller than the zippered version. It absolutely has space for everything I could possibly need to carry in wallet.
