Rewards FAQ
The number of Rewards points and sweepstakes entries you accumulate for each purchase depends on the tier you’re in. Everyone with a Rewards account will accumulate at least 1 point and 1 entry for every dollar spent. See our Rewards page for tier by tier benefits.
You can redeem Rewards points on any physical products purchased from our website, including special sales and clearance items! They can be redeemed alongside any currently valid sales/promotions available at checkout.
Rewards points cannot be used to purchase e-gift cards.
When you’re shopping on the PLG website, be sure to log in to your account. Once you're logged in, navigate to checkout and the points redemption will display as a dropdown menu right above the discount code field. There, you can select the amount of points you want to redeem via a drop down menu, and once the points have been applied, the total discount will be reflected in the new total order price.
Rewards points will expire after six months of inactivity in the Rewards program. As long as you place an order on the PLG website or complete a campaign in that timeframe, like joining our Insiders community, your Rewards are safe for another 6 months!
Yes! Our Rewards program offers various opportunities to earn some extra Rewards points. Some of these include following PLG on social media, reviewing items you’ve purchased, or referring friends who then make qualifying purchases on our website! You can take a look at those campaigns on the Rewards page on the PLG website. Also, if you follow us on social media, our Social team frequently hosts contests for fans to participate in, often with lots of points as the prizes!
Have someone in your life who might love our leather as much as you? Head over to the Rewards home page, where you can enter their email address and send them a unique single-use-link with a coupon code, which will save them 30% on any Premium items available on our website! As long as it's their first order with PLG, and their product total is $100 or more before the discount is applied, the referral is successful and you’ll earn 400 Rewards points! Note: Only valid for first purchases made through portlandleathergoods.com. Orders must be placed from a different IP address than the referral link/code was generated from and cannot have the same billing/shipping information as the referrers.
Occasionally, PLG will hold a Double Points Day! For these special events, purchasing products from this event will result in TWO Rewards points for every dollar spent on PLG products, regardless of what Rewards tier customers are in. The best way to find out when these events will take place is to sign up for notifications via email and text, and to follow PLG on social media.
Any redeemed points that applied to the returned item(s) will be automatically restored to your Rewards account.
