Our Full-Grain Leather
Our oil tanned leather is incredibly easy to care for. With time and use, the natural oils in the leather will rise to the surface, developing a beautiful patina and smoothing any scuffs or scratches that may have accumulated. Learn more about caring for your new leather product.
Our full-grain leather is the strongest and most durable available, and the unique texture and natural imperfections from the cow’s life have not been sanded, cut or shaved off. Full-grain is SIX times stronger than Buffed, Upholstery or Genuine leather.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.
SMALL: Great for those that travel light on the daily – it can fit a water bottle, snacks, book, wallet, and sunglasses comfortably. Measures 11” wide across the bottom, 13” wide across the top, 4.5” deep and 11.5” tall.
MEDIUM: Can fit a water bottle, snacks, a book, wallet, sunglasses and a 13” Macbook snugly. Measured 11.5” wide across the bottom, 15” wide across the top, 5.5” deep, and 12” tall.

I have ordered 17 mystery boxes in 2022, and I still love them! I have received a few duplicates, but never in the same order. Mystery boxes have given me the opportunity to figure out what size and style I prefer (I've whittled it down to medium zipper totes for every day use and large zipper totes for travelling), plus the added fun colors that I've received that you can't purchase online at this time (jade, lilac, avocado, storm, deep water, sunset, beluga, cinnamon bear, starfruit, rust). I love bright colors, so this has been a ton of fun for me. Mystery boxes have allowed me to do this without paying full price for the tote, but it's a mystery so you have to be willing to accept whatever you get, which I am. I will keeping buying these boxes because I really enjoy the anticipation and surprise, and I know that everything will always be top quality!

I purchased a tote +4 Mystery Box as part of my very first purchase, together with a butterfly bag. I am not an easily excitable person and was so surprised how excited I was to get the MB. It really was like Christmas! I received a gorgeous medium zip Hibiscus tote and 4 cute littles. PLG quality is top notch and I see why everyone is so loyal and happy with them. I am a fan for life. I followed up by ordering 2 tote only MB's which I am very anxiously, and not so patiently, awaiting arrival of! (Oh and yes, as I was told, the SMELL of the leather is intoxicating!)

I am very pleased with my large tote mystery box this time around. I received the flamingo color, a pebbled salmon pink. I think it can read neutral with most outfits. I am a little embarrassed to say that this is my third mystery box purchase. The other two were OK- Wisteria (a pale lavender) and Zoolander (metallic looking light blue). This time I received a tote with a zipper, which I like so much better. It is nice to have the option to close it completely up. I understand why it is addicting- it is a gamble on the color and style, and we are all hoping for the perfect bag. I may order again, but I am a little afraid to because wouldn't want to get one of the previous colors that I have already received. As usual, I am very please with the quality of all of my PLG bags, and I do LOVE having this mystery tote option because it is fun!

Eeee! A mystery box! So thrilling, it's hard to describe the feeling. But once you experience it, resistance is futile. The combinations seem endless, which makes the joy factor nearly infinite. Every. Single. Time! I love so many items that have come in my mystery boxes, from the main totes, down to the highly sought-after, unusual littles that are not available anywhere else. I highly recommend the thrill of it all! With one caveat: do beware! It is an addictive dopamine rush. Enjoy! 🤩🎉✨

I had enough points for $50 off and got myself a single mystery tote for my birthday. My only hope for it was that it was a color I like and medium or larger size, haha! I know, with a Mystery box, you get what you get. I was SO happy to see it was medium in a gorgeous brown that is so pebbled it is nearly 'squishy'! LOVE IT! I have the same size in a zippered aqua and love that one as well. This newest is 'classic', which I find super handy when the kids are with me and I can just toss in a few of their items as we run out the door. #noregrets
