This was my first PLG bag and I love it. Perfect size, beautiful leather and the top handles have become my favorite feature for grabbing it. I appreciate the structure, but isn’t overly so with the soft leather. Added a small canvas organizer and the multi-strap for comfort.

It is the perfect size bag! I love it!

I recently visited the PLG Outlet store in Portland to get myself a Birthday gift. After trying all the different bags, I decided on the Classic Mini Crossbody in Koi. Sadly, they didn’t have that exact bag in the store so they offered to order one for me and have it shipped to my house for free!! Already loving the customer service at this point. Then, I got the email that my bag was ready to go, so I waited for shipping details, and waited, and waited. After a week of no updates, I emailed customer service and waited almost another week for a response. Once the reached out, a staff member looked into my order, determined that my bag was lost and offered to ship a replacement out immediately. Finally, almost a month later, she arrived on my front porch, and she’s a beauty.
Thank you to everyone who helped my Birthday Bag dream come true!
