I love this little wallet! (Unfortunately, I’ve had it just a couple of weeks and I’ve already put a couple of huge scratches on it. 😭)I had an accordion zip style before (though not from PLG) and I love how thin this is. I love this wallet. You can just tell it was made with intention. It smells so good and has a lot of room! Need broke it a little it is stiff, but beautiful!
I’m loving my plum bifold wallet. Compartments are great, no issues with the zipper inside. (I don’t use the change compartment for coins, I use my taco keychain). I have my car key fob in that pocket, and that’s all. The card slots are great, easy to get cards in and out of, and I appreciate the pockets for cash since I work in the service industry and like to keep tip money organized.
I will say that I was hoping for the same soft pebbled leather as my taco keychain pouch, and this pebbled texture is not that. That said, I realize that this is a natural product and textures will vary. I am sure the leather will weather beautifully, like the rest of my Portland collection has, it’s just not buttery soft.
I usually carry the large or extra large totes, with a smaller purse inside for errands. This wallet does not fit in my Portland envelope purse, so I will have to get a larger small purse for that purpose at some point. In the meantime, I put my phone in my pocket and use this as a clutch when I run errands without my big totes. It’s a great wallet for my needs.
Sewn very well and neat beautiful stitches. Will let a life time and more.
